Our Story
OPMMI – Oud Property Management & Marketing Innovations Co. – was founded by two college friends, John and Custer, who spent over a decade in the real estate industry. With a background in Interior Architecture, they built their careers by hustling as agents, generating revenue through leasing commissions and interior fit-outs, and leveraging an extensive network of industry connections. Recognizing the need for a more structured and credible approach to property management, they decided to establish a company.
Their vision took a significant step forward when they met Zeus, a digital marketing expert with deep expertise across various fields. Together, the three co-founders formed OPMMI, committed to delivering exceptional real estate services that integrate property management, marketing, and innovative strategies.
The name “Oud” was chosen for its symbolic value. Like oud wood, one of the rarest and most sought-after natural resources, it represents exclusivity and premium quality—just as OPMMI delivers top-tier real estate services that set a high industry standard.
