OPMMI Affiliate Program – Terms and Policies
Welcome to the OPMMI Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional partnership. These terms protect both parties and maintain the integrity of the program.

1. Eligibility & Registration

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and reside in the Philippines.

All registration information must be truthful and accurate.

OPMMI reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 10% commission based on the total booking amount (excluding service fees or third-party platform charges).

Commissions are only credited once a guest has successfully checked in and checked out and the stay is verified.
Commissions are verified within 5–10 business days after guest checkout.

Commissions will not apply to cancelled, refunded, or no-show bookings.
3. Payouts

Commission payouts are processed monthly (every 1st day of the month),

Affiliates must provide accurate payout details (e.g., GCash, Maya, or bank account)

Minimum payout threshold: ₱100. Earnings below this will be carried over to the next payout cycle.
4. Code Usage & Promotion

Your unique coupon code is intended for legitimate referrals only.

Self-bookings or bookings made by the affiliate using their own code are not eligible for commission.

Public sharing of codes on deal sites, forums, or mass-discount pages is strictly prohibited.

Affiliates may promote via personal social media, blogs, or private channels.
5. Integrity & Fair Use
To maintain a high-quality program, affiliates agree to:
Not create fake bookings or manipulate booking behavior.
Not impersonate OPMMI or make false claims to generate referrals.
Promote OPMMI ethically — no negative marketing, spam, or misleading information.
Not create multiple affiliate accounts under the same identity.
Not accept booking payments directly. All payments must be made through official OPMMI channels. Affiliates who collect payments on behalf of OPMMI will be subject to immediate account termination.
OPMMI reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if suspicious, fraudulent, or unethical activity is detected.
6. Support & Communication

Affiliates will be notified via email for all program-related updates.

Dedicated support is available through our Messenger Group Chat (invite only) or via email at affiliates@opmmi.ph.

OPMMI may update these terms from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
7. Termination

You may leave the affiliate program at any time by notifying us via email.

We may terminate your access if there is a breach of these terms, with or without notice, especially in cases involving abuse or anomalies.
8. Legal Compliance

All affiliates agree to comply with local laws and taxation requirements related to affiliate income.

OPMMI is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your earnings.
