Commission Policy and Transaction Guidelines

Dear Affiliates,
We’d like to inform you of our updated commission structure and remind everyone of a few important transaction guidelines.
Commission Policy
Affiliates will earn 10% of the net commission received by the leasing manager for every successfully closed long-term lease or property sale, as long as the affiliate referred the client.
Transaction Guidelines
To ensure smooth operations, all affiliates must follow the company’s official procedures. Transacting outside of these authorized processes is strictly prohibited. Please note that only PRC-licensed real estate agents or brokers are allowed to handle transactions on the company’s behalf.
