LOOCK — Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Dear Affiliates,
Thank you for being part of the OPMMI Affiliates x LOOCK. This memo outlines the important steps, guidelines, and responsibilities to ensure smooth scheduling, proper installation, and accurate commission tracking.
Please read through each section carefully so we can provide clients with a professional experience while making sure your referrals and commissions are properly recorded. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
OPMMI's Certification
Schedule & Reservations
Affiliates, please fill out the form below for every client installation:
- Client Name
- Client Address
- Phone Number
- Preferred Date & Time (Please schedule at least 1–2 days before the installation.)
- Type of Door: Wood or Metal
- Door Swing: Left or Right
- Clear Picture of the Door
Installation
For Condo Installations
- Prepare a working permit
- Include this name: LOOCK Security Device Trading Company
The Door Must Be Installed
- We can only install once the door is ready.
Schedule Time
- Please choose a morning or afternoon slot.
For Metal Doors
- If additional holes need to be drilled, there will be an extra fee of ₱300–₱500.
Terms & Conditions
Payment Handling
- Affiliates are not allowed to collect or handle any payments from clients.
- All payments must be made directly to the company through:
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
- or Full Payment via Bank Transfer or GCash

Pricing & Discounts
- Affiliates earn a 5% commission based on the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price).
- Do not sell below MSRP.
- Do not apply any additional markup.
- Never offer personal or unofficial discounts to clients.
Referral Reporting
- Always inform the company of any referrals you make so we can properly record and credit your commissions.
- Unreported referrals may not be counted.
